Why does it seem so easy?

I feel like a commodity, trauma and poetry, we move further forward, slowly, there is change

Swallow my shame, diary of poem, I’m always to blame

‘We love your energy’ Give it all, feel shame Cyclone Scared On high-alert In case you suck me in

Triggered by untruths.. and confused Triggered by the little lies Stricken by the divide Created, from stories, so irrelevant

distraction, brain overrun, mind slowing down

It hurts me how little respect you have for me And me being the joke is more convenient
