Thought: Living in the Moment

My self - care is improving in some ways, but I am guilty of thinking 'I will properly look after myself' or 'life will start' tomorrow.

Sometimes self - care, especially if you are experiencing physical pain, is allowing your body to take it easy. I need to be kinder to myself on that, whilst also enjoying being outside taking a light walk in the sunshine.. having a cold drink.


Life is a series of tomorrows and today was tomorrow yesterday, so why not savour and appreciate moments in the now.
